We want to stay in a hotel with our team, how do we book this?

Hotel accommodation in Gothenburg will be available for teams who are registered and has paid the registration fee in category B. We offer a variety of hotels which is both close to the courts, the city centre and public transportations. See our available hotels.

How do we book our hotel?

The reservation is made by your team leader through Gothia Cup Innebandy, who will send a confirmation. When you register your team at our website you will note a preliminary number of persons who will stay at the hotel along with which area and hotel you prefer.  If your preferred choice is not available, we will propose an equivalent alternative to you. We are not able to guarantee that certain hotel options is available at the time of your booking.

Booking conditions

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total hotel cost must be paid to Gothia Cup Floorball no later than 30 days after the booking date.

The final payment must be received by Gothia Cup Floorball no later than November 20th.

Rooming List & Changes

The rooming list must be completed and submitted via your Gothia Account no later than November 20th.

Changes to room types can be made subject to availability.

Cancellation

A partial payment of 25% of the accommodation cost must be made within 30 days of the booking date and is non-refundable.

Cancellations made after November 20th will be charged 100% of the room fee.
