Which is the last date to register and pay?

Registration

The registration closes when the each category is fully booked or at the latest November 10th.

Please note that the registration is not confirmed until we have received the registration fee.

Category C and D is usually fully booked quickly. After they are fully booked new registrations will be placed on a waiting list.

Accommodation

The payment deadline for the accommodation cost and participation fee is November 20th.

For hotel bookings please see conditions stated at the booking confirmation.

Extra orders

If you have made any extra orders such as mattresses, meal cards or special food, the payment deadline for this is December 10th.
